RTB Academy is a Portsmouth-based football academy fielding seven squads —U10 to U15 — in the Junior Premier League and Hampshire county cups.
Black-and-white kit. National-pathway football. Built for young players who want a real academy environment without leaving home.
The Squads
Seven squads, one philosophy.
Each age group is built around the developmental demands of that year — from ball mastery at U10, through tactical shape at U13, to adult preparation at U15. All coaches are FA-qualified and DBS-checked. We compete week-in, week-out in one of the country's most respected youth leagues.
